1. Booking and Payment
Course bookings are confirmed once required details are received and payment conditions are met. For online bookings, the published deposit is paid through secure Redsys checkout.
2. Course Availability
All course dates are subject to operational confirmation by Alicante Sea Academy, including weather, vessel readiness, instructor availability, and minimum student numbers.
3. Minimum Students and Adaptation/Cancellation
If the required minimum number of students is not reached, the course may be adapted or cancelled by Alicante Sea Academy. In that case, the paid deposit is refunded.
Any additional personal costs such as travel, accommodation, transfers, or related expenses are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Alicante Sea Academy.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students must provide accurate booking information, comply with safety instructions, and ensure they meet prerequisites for selected courses.
5. RYA Course Delivery
RYA courses are delivered according to current RYA framework and assessment criteria. Certificate issuance remains subject to successful completion of required standards.
6. Liability
Alicante Sea Academy is not liable for indirect losses, including travel or accommodation costs, except where mandatory law states otherwise.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, subject to mandatory consumer rights provisions.
