The legal basis is contract performance, pre-contractual steps requested by you, legal obligations, and legitimate interest in service management.

4. Payment Processing

Online deposits are processed through Redsys. Payment transactions are handled on secure payment pages. Alicante Sea Academy does not store full card data.

We share data only with service providers required to deliver services, including payment providers and operational platforms used for booking workflow automation.

6. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed for booking management, training administration, legal compliance, and accounting obligations.
